Job Description

Responsive is looking for Senior Manager Talent Management and OD to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive talent management strategies to drive business outcomes.
Lead organizational development efforts to enhance employee engagement and performance.
Design and deliver training programs to upskill employees and improve overall organizational efficiency.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align talent management strategies with business objectives.
Analyze metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent management initiatives and make data-driven decisions.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in talent management and organizational development.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights.
Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) and other relevant tools.
Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide high-performing teams.
Educational qualifications: Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
