We are currently seeking an experienced professionalto join ourteam in the role of Social Media
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage MobiKwik overall social media marketing strategy across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging social platforms.
• Increase engagement for existing audiences with high-quality social initiatives
• Acquiring new followers by filling gaps in our marketing content output
• Aligning our brand with new and emerging trends
• Improve ROI through more consistently on-target messaging
• Identify new channels to embed our brand that align our marketing direction
• Glean insights from social data using monitoring tools
• Analyze performance: Use data analytics to measure engagement and adjust strategies. This is a criticalskill set.
• Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitors to inform campaign strategies and identify new opportunities for engagement.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, tools, and best practices to keep the brand ahead of the competition.
• Partner with Agencies & Influencers to create synergistic campaigns that expand Mobikwik’sreach and influence.
• Develop and execute comprehensive social media campaigns that support marketing objectives, brand awareness, user acquisition, and customer retention
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 8- 10 years of experience in social media marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership orstrategic role.
• Prior experience working in Fintech, Edtech, Foodtech, E-commerce, New Age or media industries is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.), tools, and trends.
• Proven ability to design and execute high-impact social media campaigns that drive measurable results.
• Strong leadership and team management experience with the ability to inspire and lead a team of social media professionals.
• In-depth knowledge of social media analytics, monitoring tools, and reporting platforms.
