Position Overview: The MPower Testing team is seeking a Senior Manager - Automation to lead and manage the Manual and Automation QA team. This role involves providing delivery management for all local QA deliverables for MPower applications. What Can You Expect? Lead and manage the Manual and Automation QA team. Provide delivery management for all local QA deliverables for MPower applications. Manage QA practice resourcing and management. Prioritize and plan deliverables for MPower applications. Ensure quality of the COE deliverables. Lead innovation initiatives. Manage CMMi and ISO audits for IT applications. Own the Manual and Automation QA process and manage repositories and test artifacts. Plan and manage MPower project deliveries. Take full ownership of all Manual and Automation Testing deliverables, following all test practice guidelines. Contribute to the existing automation test pack through execution and scripting. Gain full knowledge of the application and execute automation test packs for releases. Understand the current automation framework, execute scripts, and build and implement automation scripts. Demonstrate experience in successful functional automation test programs on enterprise-scale applications or projects. Estimate work allocated on test activities and create, modify, and maintain test cases for automation. Participate in design discussions for new functionalities and coordinate with stakeholders to understand requirements. Investigate technical problems, identify their source, and determine possible solutions. Communicate effectively with team members and all project stakeholders. Provide good reporting to concerned stakeholders. Work with test managers/test leads to improve ROI of overall functional testing. Manage and work in an Agile delivery model. Ensure compliance with CMMi level 5 in test delivery. Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Testers, and Development team members to resolve bottlenecks in quality deliverables. Prepare and provide Test Reports at the end of the Release Cycle. Maintain security, integrity, and business continuity controls and documents. Take responsibility for the quality of products, including performance and security. Build knowledge on emerging tools, techniques, and technologies. Exhibit effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Demonstrate strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills. Work effectively in a dynamic corporate environment and embrace change. What You Need to Have: Excellent automation skills using Selenium and C#. Exposure to test services between integrated systems. Good understanding of manual test processes and defect management. Familiarity with the agile lifecycle (end to end). Experience in SQL and knowledge of data testing. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Sales, Marketing, and Service modules, and testing applications built on Microsoft Dynamics. Strong knowledge of Azure CI/CD pipeline setup and execution. What Makes You Stand Out? Ability to analyze problems methodically and reproduce bugs effectively. Initiative in gaining theoretical and practical knowledge in software testing. Excellent writing and communication skills. Strong relationship-building and customer focus. Ability to engage in multiple initiatives/implementations simultaneously. Experience in non-functional testing is desirable. Performance and security testing experience is a plus.
