Job Description

  • As A Senior Brand Manager, you will help shape the companys brand communication strategy based on core insights bring forth the brands positioning via a mix of Youtube content strategy deployment, Instagram content Strategy deployment , Influencer campaigns, building WhatsApp Telegram communities etc
  • To do that, you will need to uncover consumer insights and strategize innovative marketing campaigns
  • You will put together a machinery to understand what attracts our community, what are the potential prospects and to think deeply on how we can improve member/brand love, on a continuous basis

What Youll Do

  • Devise and implement audience development strategies both on and off YouTube / Instagram to increase viewing and subscriber numbers. A specific focus should be to grow audiences with the most effective commercial return.
  • Working with a team of Central YouTube Channel Managers Executives, taking responsibility for the day - today operation of the all 15+ YouTube channels.
  • Manage the supply of video lectures from in-house faculties. This includes relationship management of faculties as well as internal operations content team.
  • To manage promotions and live events on the channels.
  • Take responsibility for the overall look and design of all channels and make sure they obey all relevant branding guidelines.
  • Along with the YouTube Executives, create and implement schedules of when videos should be set live, in accordance with the editorial vision for the channels, workflow issues, and cross platform promotional and marketing campaigns to meet business objectives.
  • Research on what content is performing well on YouTube as well as other sites, in order to advise on channels content needs, and generate ideas.
  • Help in shaping the brands vision proposition and communicate the same to the outside world via effective channel mix
  • Set up process/ machinery for generating and understanding consumer insights on an ongoing basis
  • Work closely with in house creative/ external agencies to develop a cool, fresh creative idea pipeline and execute it effectively across relevant channels
  • Responsible for product marketing and marketing communication management with the central brand and media team.
  • Develop accurate projects priorities, schedules and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Establish a new brand campaign playbook and set up an effective process for measuring content performance and impact
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs

Qualifications:

  • MBA/Graduation from T1 colleges is preferred
  • Proven experience in brand/YouTube management in consumer internet or e-commerce space is preferred.
  • Experience in the Education Sector is also a plus. A total experience of 3+ at least.
  • Proven track record of customer obsession
  • Demonstrated ability to think both strategically and tactically
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to multitask in a complex environment
  • Excellent communication and people skills
