Role Overview: We are seeking highly motivated Program Managers to join our centre of excellence team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about program execution, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making. You will play a key role in unlocking growth opportunities and optimizing operational processes. Key responsibilities: β Stakeholder Management: Drive seamless execution of business programs by collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., category, planning, replenishment, operations, supply chain etc.) and ensuring alignment across initiatives. β Program Execution: Develop program plans, define milestones, track progress, and resolve bottlenecks to ensure timely and effective delivery of targets β Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze data to identify top-performers. Provide actionable business insights to drive sales growth and category expansion. β Market Research: Conduct structured research to identify emerging trends, best-selling products, and potential opportunities to boost platform performance. β Problem Solving: Identify operational challenges and constraints across processes and solve them through structured problem-solving and optimization initiatives. β Reporting and Performance Monitoring: Prepare regular dashboards and reports to track key metrics, monitor program effectiveness, and suggest areas for improvement. β Business Performance Management: Track brand and SKU performance across key growth levers, monitor inventory health, and analyze sales trends to optimize demand forecasting, stock planning, and minimize inventory waste. β Vendor and Commercial Management: Collaborate with vendors to unlock better commercials, negotiate terms, and drive sourcing strategies that enhance profitability and supply chain efficiency. What Weβre Looking For: β Strong analytical skills and an interest in data-driven decision-making. β Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. β Passion for category trends, consumer behavior, and ecommerce. β Proficiency in SQL and Python is a plus β Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
