• Develop and align Master Project and Scope Plan with cross-functional teams (CFT).


• Track program gateways, identify and manage critical paths and activities, allocate resources, and report status to leadership.


• Prepare, approve, monitor, and track budget, costs, quality, and delivery. Report status periodically.


• Assess and mitigate program risks in collaboration with senior members and stakeholders.


• Manage and approve Scope/Cost/Time changes, ensuring compliance with Change management processes.


• Prepare program MIS for senior management review as needed.


• Oversee program documentation and key deliverables from concept to launch.


• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product Planning, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Marketing, Finance, etc. ).
