Manager – People & Culture who will be a strategic partner to our business and leadership teams, driving an exceptional employee experience, culture transformation, and operational excellence.This role is for someone who believes great cultures don’t just happen — they are intentionally built, nurtured, and sustained.What will you do every day?
- Partner with business and functional leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals, ensuring HR plays a pivotal role in driving business success.
- Lead and execute the performance management cycle, from goal setting and calibration to feedback and development.
- Drive employee engagement and culture-building initiatives that foster inclusion, collaboration, and recognition across the organization.
- Champion learning and development initiatives, identifying skill gaps and supporting the creation of programs that empower Haptikans to grow.
- Oversee HR operations, ensuring smooth execution of onboarding, exits, HRIS, compliance, and data management.
- Continuously review and enhance policies and processes to ensure fairness, consistency, and scalability.
- Drive people analytics and insights to inform decisions on engagement, retention, and workforce health.
- Act as a culture custodian, ensuring our values are lived through every touchpoint of the employee journey.
Ok, you're sold, but what are we looking for in the perfect candidate?
- You bring 7 - 10 years of experience in Human Resources, with strong exposure to HR Business Partnering and HR Operations in fast-paced, evolving organizations.
- You’ve successfully led initiatives in performance management, talent development, engagement, and organizational design.
- You thrive on building relationships — your stakeholders trust your judgment, and your teams value your empathy and fairness.
- You have experience managing end-to-end HR operations, with a strong eye for process improvement and compliance.
- You are data-driven, using insights to influence leadership decisions and measure impact.
- You bring a growth mindset and a genuine passion for creating a culture where people feel inspired, valued, and empowered.
- Experience in technology or high-growth digital organizations will be a strong plus.
