What You’ll Do

  • Own and drive Faclon’s global partnership and alliances strategy, aligning with long-term business and revenue goals across industries and geographies.
  • Identify, build, and nurture high-impact strategic partnerships with system integrators, technology collaborators, consulting firms, and channel partners to accelerate ecosystem expansion.
  • Lead cross-functional go-to-market initiatives with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to co-create scalable, revenue-generating partnership programs.
  • Architect and manage end-to-end partner lifecycle frameworks- from onboarding, enablement, and joint business planning to performance governance and ROI tracking.
  • Develop executive-level partner engagement models to drive C-level alignment, joint business outcomes, and strategic investments.
  • Represent Faclon in key partner forums, strategic alliances councils, and industry summits, positioning the organization as a thought leader and ecosystem enabler.
  • Build scalable co-creation frameworks enabling joint innovation, digital transformation solutions, and ecosystem-driven revenue streams.
  • Mentor and lead a small team of partnership and alliance professionals, fostering capability development and collaborative culture.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine partner ecosystem strategy, ensuring agility, innovation, and measurable impact on top-line growth.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record in building and scaling large strategic alliances, including multi-region or multi-sector engagements.
  • Strong understanding of industrial, manufacturing, utilities, and infrastructure sectors and digital transformation technologies.
  • Demonstrated success in designing partnership-driven GTM strategies that deliver measurable business impact and revenue growth.
  • Excellent executive relationship management and negotiation skills across CXO levels.
  • Strong strategic acumen with ability to convert partnerships into long-term value creation levers.
  • Hands-on experience in ecosystem program design, partner enablement, and joint solution development.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership, strategic foresight, and bias for execution.
