About the Role:

Manager / Senior Manager Investment Advisory

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of

  15-20 Investment Advisors

  , ensuring achievement of individual and team targets.
• Drive

  sales and revenue growth

  through effective lead management, conversions, and client retention.
• Oversee

  end-to-end client servicing

  to ensure seamless customer experience and satisfaction.
• Track performance metrics, provide regular feedback, and implement performance improvement plans where needed.
• Identify and implement

  process improvements

  to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing, tech, and operations) to streamline workflows.
• Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to strengthen product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
• Handle client escalations promptly and ensure timely resolutions.
• Analyze data and generate insights to improve team performance and business outcomes.
  

Requirements:

• Graduate / Postgraduate

  in Sales, Marketing, Finance, or Business Administration.

• 5-10 years

  of experience in Investment Advisory, Real Estate Sales, or Financial Services.
• Proven experience in leading large sales/service teams and delivering targets.
• Strong understanding of

  real estate investments

  , market trends, and customer behavior.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment.
• A proactive problem-solver with a focus on process excellence and team development.
• Its 6 days working (Fri, Sat & Sun are mandatory working)
