About the Role

Lead a team of reporting analysts while staying hands-on with data frameworks, dashboard development, scripting, and AI integrations. Drive the full reporting lifecycle—from data collection to predictive insights—while automating processes and collaborating cross-functionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor 4–5 analysts, delivering technical guidance and high-quality outputs.
• Design, build, and maintain reports/dashboards using Power BI (DAX, Power Query), SQL, VBA, and PowerShell.
• Develop API integrations for automated data extraction and accuracy.
• Manage end-to-end reporting: collection, cleansing, visualization, and insight generation.
• Partner with stakeholders to define metrics, automate reports, and enhance decision-making.
• Integrate AI/ML for predictive analytics; experiment with tools like Azure AI or OpenAI.
• Ensure data governance, accuracy, and consistency.
• Streamline manual tasks via scripting and process optimization.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–12 years in reporting/analytics/BI; 2–3+ years leading teams while staying technical.
• Expert in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling, automation).
• Advanced SQL for querying, transformation, and optimization.
• Proficient in VBA/PowerShell automation and API integrations.
• Familiarity with AI principles and tools (e.g., Azure AI, OpenAI).
• Strong problem-solving, analytics, communication, and strategic leadership.

Good to Have

  Senior Manager Reporting & Analytics

   who can lead a team while remaining hands-on in developing, automating, and managing data reporting frameworks.This role requires someone who not only oversees reporting operations but also actively contributes to dashboard creation, data modeling, scripting, and integrating modern AI capabilities into reporting workflows.

  Key Responsibilities:
