Job Title: Business Finance & FP&A Analyst

• Lead the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Provide financial insights and support business teams in evaluating new business opportunities and strategic initiatives.
• Track performance against budgets and KPIs, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.

2. Month-End Closing & Reporting:

• Drive timely and accurate monthly financial closing in coordination with the accounting team.
• Review and analyze ledgers including payables, receivables, cash flow, and aging reports.
• Conduct detailed balance sheet reviews and ensure reconciliations are complete and accurate.
• Prepare and present monthly MIS reports, management dashboards, and business review packs.

3. Business Partnering:

• Collaborate with business heads to evaluate project profitability, cost optimization, and capital allocation.
• Support pricing decisions, financial modeling, and ROI analysis for new projects or partnerships.

4. Compliance & Governance:

• Maintain adherence to internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies.

5. Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities to streamline financial and operational processes for improved efficiency.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5-8 years of post-qualification experience in Business Finance, FP&A, or Corporate Finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; familiarity with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / NetSuite, etc.) preferred.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and problem-solving mindset.
