Senior Manager

As a qualified candidate for the position at Tata Motors in Pune, MH, IN, you will be responsible for the following key job responsibilities: - Monitor and enhance supplier parts PPM / Vendor Parts Quality to ensure high standards are met. - Conduct regular process and product audits at suppliers to maintain quality control. - Perform Manufacturing Site assessments and provide training to suppliers for better understanding and compliance. - Work on Direct on Line Certification of Suppliers to streamline processes and improve efficiency. - Address and resolve in-house line-complaints including Primary/line/DRL/DRR/CPA issues for bought-out parts. - Handle external customer issues such as Tata-PDI / Warranty related to suppliers' parts effectively. - Develop components as per PRO-X process for ECN to enhance product quality. - Conduct PPAP and Run at Rate at supplier for ECN and participate in new parts PPAP with AQ team. - Assess tooling and dies at supplier end to ensure quality and efficiency. - Implement Total Quality Management (TQM) practices for continuous improvement. - Drive Cost Reduction initiatives and coordinate activities at the Sanand Location effectively.
