Job Title: Senior Manager – Marketing
Location: Noida
Department: Marketing
Reporting To: Management

Role Overview

The Senior Manager – Marketing will lead the digital marketing function and overall marketing initiatives, ensuring complete alignment with the company’s revenue targets and timelines. The ideal person can identify key priorities, foresee challenges early, and guide the team toward clear, timely, and performance-driven execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership

  • Drive the company’s marketing roadmap in alignment with quarterly and annual business goals.
  • Create structured monthly and weekly plans for all digital and marketing activities.
  • Identify priority tasks, anticipate issues, and implement timely solutions to keep projects moving.

2. Digital Marketing Oversight

  • Lead digital initiatives including performance campaigns, SEO/SEM, social media, automation, email marketing, and analytics.
  • Strengthen brand visibility, lead generation, and digital presence across platforms.
  • Provide clarity on expectations, workflows, and deliverables to the digital team.

3. Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Develop integrated marketing campaigns that support sales goals, product launches, events, and seasonal gifting demand.
  • Work with creative teams to ensure strong brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize continuously for better outcomes.

4. Team Management & Accountability

  • Mentor and manage the digital marketing team to ensure effective execution of priorities.
  • Conduct weekly review meetings to track progress, deadlines, bottlenecks, and resource requirements.
  • Build a culture of ownership, collaboration, and solution-oriented thinking.

5. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with Sales, New Product Development, Creative, and Senior Management to align marketing initiatives with business requirements.
  • Ensure marketing activities support client pitches, product catalogs, and new offerings relevant to corporate gifting trends.

6. Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Track KPI performance across campaigns and share periodic reports with management.
  • Use analytics and insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.
  • Ensure all marketing activities are executed within approved budgets and timelines.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4–5 years of experience in Marketing with strong exposure to Digital Marketing.
  • Proven ability to handle teams, solve problems quickly, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, analytics, content strategy, and brand development.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Experience in corporate gifting, B2B marketing, or e-commerce is an advantage.
