BTL Campaigns: Design and execute grassroots activation and consumer touchpoints

Plan & execute on-ground events, van activations, society branding, local melas, jataras, festive events, fan premieres, pressmeets, meet & greets etc
Execute Innovations on ground
Supervise local agencies & vendors
Drive rural market penetration strategies
Leverage local events and festivals
Ensure language, visuals & tone reflect regional sensibilities
Monitor competitor campaigns
Track consumer behavior in different geographies
Analyze feedback from rural/urban consumers
Supervise execution in field
Conduct audits and vendor checks
Manage last-mile delivery with precision

ATL Campaigns: - Manage TV, Print, Radio, Outdoor & Cinema advertising

Coordinate with media & creative agencies
Ensure regional flavour in creatives
Track campaign performance & ROI

Job Requirement

Strong project and vendor management skills with an execution-first mindset.
Proficiency in managing budgets, media plans, and timelines independently.
Fluent in Telugu and comfortable working in linguistically and culturally diverse markets.
Comfortable with frequent travel and adaptable to local conditions and work environments.
