Senior Manager - Marketing

JOB DESCRIPTION – Senior Marketing Manager

Develops and implements marketing strategies to drive revenue, manages brand communication across digital and traditional channels, and collaborates with other departments like sales and revenue management. Key responsibilities include creating campaigns, overseeing digital presence (websites, social media, third-party channels), and identifying new marketing opportunities through partnerships.

• Develop and execute strategies: Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to align with the hotel's financial goals and increase revenue, market share, and guest engagement.
• Manage digital presence: Oversee the brand's digital footprint, including property websites, social media platforms, and online travel agencies (OTAs).
• Lead and collaborate: Act as a marketing leader, partnering closely with sales, revenue management, and general managers to ensure cohesive and effective strategies.
• Manage campaigns and promotions: Develop and execute promotional campaigns, manage loyalty programs, and create compelling promotional materials.
• Identify new opportunities: Find and develop new revenue streams through partnerships with travel agents, corporations, and other organizations.
• Report on performance: Analyse and regularly report on campaign performance to key stakeholders, including ownership and other management leaders.
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, along with 10 -12 years of marketing experience.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and various marketing tools and platforms is essential.
• Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably with experience in the hospitality sector with some brand
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills are crucial for success.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
