Job Summary

Learning & Development

Lead the Learning & Development function across the organization.
Design, implement, and monitor effective training strategies aligned with business objectives.
Drive leadership development, employee upskilling, and onboarding programs.
Collaborate with senior management and functional heads to identify training needs and delivery methods.
Measure and report on training effectiveness; ensure L&D initiatives drive performance and engagement.

Profile Description

Strong expertise in L&D strategy, design, and delivery.
Experience with retail sector or multi-location businesses is a plus.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Data-driven mindset with ability to assess training impact.
Proficiency in digital learning platforms and content creation.
