Architect - SAP EWM

Job Summary:

We are looking for an SAP Functional Consultant to handle requirements gathering, process design, data migration, and end-to-end project documentation. The role includes coordinating with development teams, managing integrations, and providing post go-live support to ensure smooth transitions.

Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

1. Conduct in-depth workshops with business stakeholders to understand existing processes.
2. Document As-Is processes comprehensively.
3. Prepare To-Be process designs and conduct thorough fit-gap analyses.

Project Documentation and Planning:

1. Maintain real-time, version-controlled project documentation.
2. Develop and update configuration plans and documents as per project requirements.
3. Prepare WRICEF (custom object) list and functional specification documents.

Collaboration and Coordination:

1. Coordinate with development teams (ABAP, Fiori, PI/CPI) to ensure timely completion of developments.
2. Prepare interface mapping sheets for seamless integration with 3rd party applications, if applicable.

Data Migration and Master Data Management:

1. Develop LSMW or LTMC for efficient data migration.
2. Prepare data migration templates, assist business in data collection, and ensure data accuracy.
3. Perform Master Data Migration across different environments as per project needs.

Support and Post Go-Live Activities:

1. Provide post-go-live support/hypercare, resolving issues and defects promptly.
2. Prepare comprehensive User Manuals and Standard Operating Procedures.
3. Perform cutover activities as required, ensuring a smooth transition.

Documentation and Knowledge Transfer:

1. Maintain detailed status trackers and provide regular updates to project managers.
2. Record and document all issues/defects during hypercare and ensure timely closure.
3. Prepare handover documents and facilitate knowledge transfer to the regular Support Team.

Profile Summary:

1. Education: Graduate in B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization, or Postgraduate in Any Specialization, BCA, BSc, MCA in Computers, MBA/PGDM in Any Specialization.
2. Experience: 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) implementation projects, with specific expertise in inbound/outbound processes, cross-docking, labor management, VAS, RF solutions, and material flow systems.

1. Proficiency in SAP EWM modules, with a focus on inbound/outbound processes, replenishment strategies, cross-docking, labor management, VAS, RF solutions, and material flow systems.

3. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
4. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
