Job Description

Role Overview: At JK Jajoo Ventures, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to lead our Learning & Development (L&D) function. Your role will involve designing, driving, and sustaining a culture of continuous learning throughout the organization. You should have a strong passion for training, employee development, and innovative learning practices that align with our core values. Key Responsibilities: - Strategy & Leadership: - Develop and execute the L&D strategy aligned with organizational goals. - Lead the L&D team to create impactful training programs for all levels and functions. - Cultivate a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and performance enhancement. - Training & Development: - Plan and coordinate employee induction programs for seamless onboarding and cultural assimilation. - Identify training needs through Training Needs Identification (TNI) and design customized programs. - Supervise functional, behavioral, and leadership training modules. - Conduct regular impact assessments and Return on Investment (ROI) analysis of training initiatives. - Knowledge & Engagement: - Drive intellectual growth initiatives such as the Book Reading Club and Quarterly Book Reviews. - Manage external trainers, consultants, and institutes for specialized learning programs. - Implement creative methods like gamification, case studies, and simulations to enhance learning engagement. - Systems & Processes: - Implement Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning tools. - Develop competency frameworks, Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and succession plans. - Maintain records, dashboards, and Management Information Systems (MIS) for effective tracking and reporting. Qualification Required: - Regular MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent specialization. - 12 - 15 years of experience with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role. - Strong exposure to induction planning, book-based learning initiatives, and external trainer management. - Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. - Proficiency in digital tools including AI, LMS platforms, and training evaluation methodologies.
