Job Description

As a Senior Manager - Learning & Development at McDonalds, based in the India Global Business Services Office in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in leading a team to develop and maintain Learning & Development courses and content for restaurant and corporate employees. Your primary focus will be on enhancing the skills, knowledge, and capabilities of the employees while aligning the programs with business objectives to drive individual and organizational growth. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality learning experiences using innovative methods and technologies, while also measuring the impact of the initiatives on business performance. - Lead the Design and Development team to drive the development and maintenance of L&D courses and content - Establish products, services, work intake, service delivery model, and curriculum architecture strategy - Provide continuous direction, coaching, guidance, and support to the team - Manage allocation of team resources to align with critical needs and priorities - Develop and maintain a talent pipeline through talent management, development planning, and performance management - Collaborate with Learning Systems and IT for effective delivery strategies and modernizing learning design and delivery - Partner with stakeholders to identify training needs and objectives aligned with organizational strategies - Drive effective partnerships with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, and external vendors - Oversee market engagement and material translation to ensure user relevance and adoption of new content - Monitor the effectiveness of training programs through evaluation and feedback mechanisms and make continuous improvements - Bachelor's Degree in HR, Instructional Design, Human Performance Technology, or related field - 6-8 years of experience in Learning Design/Development/Delivery - Knowledge of adult learning principles and current L&D market trends - Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines - Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills - Proven track record of managing global teams and fostering a culture of innovation - Ability to influence and build collaborative relationships with stakeholders - Experience in collaborating with cross-functional partners in a matrixed environment - Strong business acumen and analytical skills,
