Senior Manager - KAM

We are looking for a skilled Senior Manager to lead our Key Account Management team in Mumbai, responsible for driving business growth and managing key accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer hardware and networking, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expand existing customer relationships.
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities and increasing revenue.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with account management, developing contingency plans as needed.

• Proven experience in key account management, preferably in the computer hardware or networking industry.
• Strong understanding of computer hardware and networking concepts, including system design, implementation, and maintenance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
• Experience working with CMS Info Systems Limited is an added advantage.
