Job Description

  • We are seeking a dynamic Senior HR professional with proven expertise in Talent Management (COE) and readiness to take on a strategic HR Business Partnering role.
  • The ideal candidate will combine conceptual strength in HR frameworks with strong execution capability and the ability to work closely with business leaders.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Management COE (Primary Focus)

  • Design and implement frameworks for succession planning, leadership development, and career progression.
  • Develop and manage HiPo and Individual Development Plan (IDP) programs.
  • Lead goal-setting, performance review, and calibration cycles.
  • Drive capability assessments and learning interventions with measurable business impact.
  • Strengthen organizational culture and engagement through strategic talent initiatives.

HR Business Partnering (Secondary Focus)

  • Act as HRBP for defined business functions, driving people and organizational strategies.
  • Translate talent management insights into actionable business outcomes.
  • Support organization design, employee engagement, and change management initiatives.
  • Partner with COEs (Talent Acquisition, C&B, L&D, HR Ops) to deliver integrated HR solutions.

Policy & Governance

  • Ensure policy compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements.
  • Recommend policy updates aligned with business growth and evolving needs.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Strong foundation in Talent Management COE with direct ownership of key frameworks (not just exposure).
  • Demonstrated ability to design and execute succession planning, leadership, or capability development programs.
  • Experience as or readiness for a strategic HRBP role.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and execution skills.
  • Exposure to HR systems, analytics, and data-driven decision-making preferred.
  • Full-time MBA/PGDM in HR from a recognized institution.
