Job Description

Role Objective (Why the Position Exists):


To lead and strengthen Style Baazar’s Talent & Organizational Development initiatives, encompassing Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, and Employer Branding. The role is pivotal in attracting, developing, and retaining high-performing talent while ensuring alignment of people strategies with the organization’s business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring timely and quality hiring for all corporate functions.
  • Design, update, and implement effective recruiting strategies and policies.
  • Drive the Annual Manpower Planning process in collaboration with departmental heads.
  • Liaise with manpower consultants and job portals for sourcing suitable candidates.
  • Finalize and manage salary negotiations.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding, induction, and integration of new hires.
  • Design, implement, and monitor the Performance Management System (PMS).
  • Facilitate goal setting, appraisal discussions, and talent reviews with HODs.
  • Identify high-potential employees and plan development interventions to nurture them.
  • Collaborate with leadership to design and execute learning & development initiatives.
  • Evaluate organizational structures, processes, and manpower efficiency.
  • Recommend and support restructuring initiatives aligned with business growth.
  • Drive change management and capability-building programs.
  • Develop and maintain updated Job Descriptions (JD) and Key Result Areas (KRA) for all roles.
  • Design and implement engagement initiatives fostering motivation, collaboration, and productivity.
  • Conceptualize and promote employer branding strategies.
  • Support internal communication and recognition initiatives to enhance the workplace culture.


Educational Qualification:


Graduate in any discipline with an MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management from a reputed institute.


Experience:


Minimum 10 years of experience in leading Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and Organizational Development functions, preferably in the Apparel Retail industry.
