Job Description

The Senior Manager HR & IR will lead end-to-end site HR operations for a large manufacturing or infrastructure project. The role includes setting up HR systems for on-roll and contract manpower, managing industrial relations, ensuring statutory and labor law compliance, handling unions, grievances, payroll coordination, and workforce discipline. The role acts as a strong HR Business Partner to site leadership, driving culture, engagement, capability building, and operational excellence in a plant environment.
