Maintain an active candidate pipeline to handle crisis situations of sudden manpower shortages. Oversee workforce planning, deployment, and reporting for all departments. Employee Relations & Compliance: Handle grievances promptly and maintain a healthy work culture. Ensure statutory compliance PF, ESIC, Contract Labour, Shops & Establishment, Factory Act. Manage salary, payroll, and contract labour workforce. Liaison with local authorities and government departments as required. Administration: Oversee security, admin, and office facilities. Support management in implementing HR policies, performance monitoring, and disciplinary actions. Preferred candidate profile 8 - 12 years of HR & Admin experience (Manufacturing / EPC preferred). Strong in Talent Hunt and ability to maintain an active candidate pool . Excellent knowledge of statutory compliances, PF, ESIC, and labour laws. Ability to work independently as HR Head for group companies. Strong communication, leadership, and crisis-management skills. Candidates with experience in industrial / technical manpower handling will be given preference.
