We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Officer - Labour Welfare to join our team at RUDRA BUILDWELL PVT LTD, located on all projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in labour welfare and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective labour welfare policies and procedures.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
Collaborate with management to identify and mitigate potential risks.
Provide training and guidance to employees on labour welfare best practices.
Foster positive relationships with employees, management, and other stakeholders.
