Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage end-to-end HR operations for the manufacturing unit.
Lead and supervise a team of 23 HR members.
Handle Talent Acquisition, especially for manufacturing / blue-collar & staff roles.
Manage Payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.
Oversee PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and all statutory compliance activities.
Support ER (Employee Relations), grievance handling, and compliance audits.
Coordinate with internal teams to implement and integrate HRMS / Talent Carriage modules.
Maintain HR MIS, attendance systems, onboarding, exit processes, and HR documentation.
Ensure smooth coordination between HR, operations, and management.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong exposure to manufacturing industry HR.
Hands-on experience in payroll, statutory compliance, PF/ESIC/Gratuity, and plant-level HR activities.
Ability to manage a small team and coordinate with multiple departments.
Tech-savvy and comfortable working with HRMS tools and digital HR modules.
Good communication, problem-solving abilities, and compliance knowledge.
Stable and mature professional, capable of handling ER and factory-related HR responsibilities.
