We are seeking a seasoned Civil Engineering professional to lead all civil and structural works for our Copper Recycling plant. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling Greenfield/Brownfield projects in the metals or large-scale process manufacturing sectors. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the civil engineering function for the copper recycling project from concept to commissioning. Review and approve design/drawings, BOQs, and project specifications. Manage contractors, consultants, and vendors for timely and quality execution. Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory guidelines. Monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress; mitigate risks proactively. Coordinate with internal stakeholders mechanical, electrical, and operations teams. Lead site-level civil audits, quality inspections, and timely resolution of issues. Optimize layout planning, drainage, roads, foundations, and structural requirements specific to copper recycling. Ensure compliance with environmental norms and sustainability standards in civil works. Manage civil maintenance aspects post-commissioning, including periodic shutdown work. Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Civil Engineering from a reputed institute. Minimum 15 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 5 years in the metals/recycling/process plant industry. Proven track record of leading Greenfield/Brownfield industrial projects. Strong project management, vendor management, and team leadership skills. Familiarity with AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, MS Project, and other civil engineering tools. Preferred Skills: Experience in non-ferrous/copper/metals sector will be an added advantage. Knowledge of structural design codes, soil investigation reports, and stormwater management systems. Exposure to civil works in environmental clearance-driven projects.

Position: Sr. Manager - Projects (Electricals) Job Grade: Senior Manager (G9B) Function: PROJECTS - Electrical Location: Central or South India (Greenfield Project) Job Summary He will coordinate overall HT , LT, LV Electrical systems to be in place. He will update the day to day work with effective watch over Work Quality; Quantity variations and joint measurements. He will coordinate with other team members to achieve project milestones. Areas of Responsibility Overall In charge of HT, LT, LV Electrical systems installation at site. Based on received drawings , assign work and timelines and ensures the implementation of the same. Ensure collection of data; analyze to achieve relevant construction quality and safety. Help overcome constraints , work out alternatives to the design in case of difficulties Retention of records in respective area. Preparation & completeness of documentation for qualification of electrical system. Prepare snag list & give final acceptance of construction quality for electrical systems after fixing it. Review measurements sheets. Ensure Schedule updates in primavera and send progress reports in terms of schedule work quantity, progress, constraints, snaps and etc. Coordinate with Electrical Inspector, local grid suppliers. Execute construction quality audits- Internal / External for Electrical systems. Responsible for construction quality; finishes, Operations, Performance and safety at site.. He will report quantity variation and scope change Educational Qualification Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E. or B.Tech) .
