Senior Manager - Hotel Asset Management

Purpose/Objective

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Hotel Asset Manager with a minimum of 7 years of experience in the Real Estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the financial performance of our hotel assets in Mumbai. Key Responsibilities of Role

Develop and implement comprehensive asset management strategies to maximize the value of hotel properties - Conduct regular property inspections and work closely with property management teams to ensure optimal performance - Analyze financial data, market trends, and operational reports to identify opportunities for improvement - Manage relationships with hotel operators, tenants, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth operations - Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for hotel assets - Monitor and evaluate the performance of hotel assets against established KPIs - Implement risk management strategies to protect the value of hotel properties - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align asset management strategies with overall business objectives

Technical Competencies

In-depth knowledge of Real Estate industry trends and practices ,Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting,Familiarity with property management software ,Strong understanding of hotel operations and revenue management

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field Minimum of 7 years of experience in the Real Estate industry - Proven track record in hotel asset management Certification in Asset Management or Real Estate Management preferred
