Senior Manager - Hotel Asset Management

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive asset management strategies to maximize the value of hotel properties - Conduct regular property inspections and work closely with property management teams to ensure optimal performance - Analyze financial data, market trends, and operational reports to identify opportunities for improvement - Manage relationships with hotel operators, tenants, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth operations - Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for hotel assets - Monitor and evaluate the performance of hotel assets against established KPIs - Implement risk management strategies to protect the value of hotel properties - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align asset management strategies with overall business objectives

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field Minimum of 7 years of experience in the Real Estate industry - Proven track record in hotel asset management Certification in Asset Management or Real Estate Management preferred
