The ideal candidate will have both leadership & strong hands-on experience in HSE

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide consulting and advisory services on health, safety, and ESG risk management to internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform risk assessments, audits, and inspections, identifying gaps and recommending actionable improvements.
• Provide oversight to audits, ensuring compliance with HSE and ESG standards, and that findings are appropriately addressed.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HSE and ESG policies, frameworks, and programs in alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Drive third-party and supply chain ESG risk assessments, ensuring that vendors and partners adhere to compliance and sustainability standards.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate strategic goals into operational HSE and ESG initiatives.
• Oversee the preparation of HSE and ESG reports, dashboards, and compliance documentation for leadership and regulatory authorities.
• Facilitate training, workshops, and awareness programs for employees and partners to embed a culture of safety, compliance, and sustainability.
• Monitor emerging HSE and ESG regulations, standards, and trends to advise the organization on proactive risk mitigation.
• Support incident investigations and follow-up actions to prevent recurrence and maintain accountability.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 8 - 10 years experience in health, safety, and ESG management preferably for third parties, including risk assessments, audits, compliance, and reporting.
• Proven experience in advisory or consulting roles within HSE or ESG, preferably in supply chain or third-party risk contexts.
• Exceptional communication skills in English, capable of engaging senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams across regions.
• Ability to balance strategic advisory with hands-on execution, managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, ESG frameworks, and industry standards, including but not limited to ISO 45001, ISO 14001, German Supply Chain Act, REACH, GRI, SASB, or TCFD.
• Experience with stakeholder engagement, training, and change management.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to convert data into actionable insights for decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in occupational health, safety, or ESG (e.g., NEBOSH, ISO Lead Auditor, Sustainability Certifications).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in multinational or multi-site operational environments.
• Experience in managing HSE and ESG risks for third parties related to manufacturing/Licensed Partners
• Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for HSE and ESG reporting and monitoring.

Compensation:

• Up to ₹60 Lakh CTC
