About the Role

Senior Manager – People, Governance & Communications

part-time (4 days/week)

Key Responsibilities

People & Culture

  • Manage HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and support competitive compensation frameworks.
  • Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws and align policies with global standards.
  • Support talent development, employee engagement, and retention programs.

Governance & Compliance

  • Develop and roll out company policies; track adoption and completion across teams.
  • Maintain statutory records and ensure timely corporate filings.
  • Support senior leadership on governance best practices.
  • Assist with intercompany agreements and compliance documentation.

Communications

  • Drive internal communication and employee engagement campaigns.
  • Post and manage news, articles, and updates on company platforms (e.g. SharePoint, Microsoft Viva, intranets).
  • Support external communications and brand messaging.
  • Prepare corporate updates, stakeholder presentations, and reports.
  • Manage consistency of tone, messaging, and engagement across channels.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 10 years experience

    with a strong HR background (essential).
  • Prior experience working for a multinational company (MNC) or in an international environment (pre-requisite).
  • Strong understanding of Indian labour laws and corporate compliance frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience in

    corporate communications tools

    such as SharePoint, Microsoft Viva, or equivalent platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead policy development, governance processes, and communication initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and manage stakeholders across regions.
  • Professional certifications in HR, governance, or communications are desirable.

Contract Details

  • Duration:

    6 months

    fixed term (part-time,

    4 days/week

    )
  • Compensation:

    Up to ₹50 lakh annual CTC (pro-rata for part-time & fixed term = ~₹20 lakh for 6 months)
  • Location:

    Home based - Hyderabad preferred; other locations considered for outstanding candidates
  • Future Potential:

    May be offered a permanent full-time position based on performance and business needs
