Job Description

As a Senior Manager Finance at Plutos One Technology Pvt. Ltd., your role involves leading budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial operations. You will manage internal teams and work closely with banks, billers, and stakeholders to maintain financial integrity and compliance in a high-growth fintech startup. Key Responsibilities: - Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities - Oversee financial reporting, reconciliations, and analysis processes - Manage Accounts & Reconciliation Teams and collaborate with external consultants - Handle relationships with banks, billers, and vendors - Ensure regulatory compliance and monitor financial risks effectively Qualifications: - MBA (Finance) or CS + LLB or equivalent qualification - Minimum of 3 years of experience in core finance roles - Proficiency in Excel, ERP, and budgeting tools - Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills Preferred Skills: - Experience in Fintech/B2B SaaS industry - Familiarity with Indian finance regulations - Previous experience in client-facing financial coordination roles In addition to the job responsibilities and qualifications, as part of Plutos One Technology Pvt.
