Senior Manager Finance

Role Overview: As a Senior Manager - Accounts at Rean WaterTech (P) Ltd, you will be responsible for leading the financial planning, analysis, and control functions in our water treatment company. Your role will involve ensuring sound financial health, regulatory compliance, and supporting growth objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Cost control to optimize financial resources. - Budgeting for effective financial planning. - Banking management to oversee financial transactions. - Treasuring management for efficient cash flow. - Compliances management to ensure adherence to regulations. - Digitization of financial processes to enhance efficiency. - Conducting financial audits to maintain transparency and accuracy. Qualifications Required: - Education & experience: CA / CA Inter / PG Degree in finance with 2-10 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the construction or infrastructure sector. - Strong knowledge of Tally/ ERP, MS Excel, and statutory compliance. - Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills. - Experience with project accounting and costing is highly desirable. - Smart & aggressive attitude individuals are encouraged to apply.
