Senior Manager - Finance and Accounts

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 8–15 Years

Qualification: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance)

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager – Finance & Accounts to lead our finance function, ensure statutory compliance, manage financial operations, and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, leadership ability, and a deep understanding of accounting standards and taxation laws.

·      Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, receivable, and payroll.

·      Finalization of financial statements as per Ind AS / Companies Act.

·      Manage statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits.

·      Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, TDS, and other regulatory requirements.

·      Handle MIS reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis for management.

·      Monitor cash flow, fund management, and banking operations.

·      Support strategic planning, forecasting, and financial modeling.

·      Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and government authorities.

·      Implement and maintain effective internal controls and accounting policies.

·      Lead, mentor, and supervise the finance team for efficient performance.

·      Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, Direct & Indirect Taxation, and Corporate Laws

·      Hands-on experience with ERP / Tally / SAP / Excel
