Credit Wise Capital Pvt Ltd is a consumer finance Registered NBFC established with the aim of providing technology driven loans to customers. The company leverages an offline sourcing model along with a new age of online sourcing to become a market leader in a very short time.

The first focused product at Credit Wise Capital is two-wheeler financing. The aim is to disrupt the two-wheeler lending market by deploying the right blend of tech-driven underwriting while utmost focus on collections.

The company was incorporated in early 2019 and in a short span of time, it has achieved tremendous growth and has become one of the fastest-growing NBFC in the western region of India. Currently headquartered in Mumbai, Credit Wise Capital has an increasing presence in over 20 locations and 5 states across the country.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Financial Reporting and Analysis

Accurately prepare monthly and annual financial statements in line with statutory requirements.

Develop and present comprehensive Monthly MIS decks tailored to board and senior management needs.

Create Profit & Loss (P&L) projections and conduct variance analysis against actual results.

Prepare detailed state-wise and product-wise P&L reports; collaborate with Business Heads, Product Heads, and Location Heads to analyze and improve performance.

Design and monitor annual budgets; perform detailed Budget vs. Actual analysis to guide business decisions.

2. Accounting & Compliance

Implement daily bank entry tracking and ensure timely Bank Reconciliation completion by the 5th of every month, significantly enhancing cash flow visibility.

Supervise accounting operations to ensure accurate book-keeping and timely monthly closing of accounts. Ensure compliance with statutory tax requirements including TDS, GST, and Income Tax.

Independently manage GST audits, Tax audits, and Statutory audits

3. Process Improvement & Operational Efficiency

Streamline the accounts payable process, resulting in significant reduction in turnaround time.

Introduce automated and formula-based templates, improving accuracy and minimizing manual errors.

Draft and enforce detailed process notes to standardize operations and ensure consistency.

4. Strategic Planning and Execution

Play a pivotal role in formulating and executing the company's financial strategy, aligning with long-term business goals.

Successfully lead financial planning initiatives and provided strategic insights to support growth and profitability.

5. Project Management

Ensure timely and quality completion of management-assigned projects.

Manage accounting and compliance functions for company subsidiaries, ensuring consolidated integrity and alignment.

Qualification:

Chartered Accountant

Desired Candidate Profile:

Minimum 5 Years of experience in the similar field

Candidate should be from NBFC/Banking background.

Handling Statutory, Tax, GST audits.
