Senior Manager - Facility Management

Purpose/Objective

The Regional Lead - Facility Management will be responsible for overseeing and managing the facility operations within the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the real estate industry with 20-25 years of experience. They will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient functioning of facilities, maintaining compliance with regulations, and optimizing operational processes. This position offers the opportunity to lead and drive the growth of the facility management division within the Adani organization

Key Responsibilities of Role

- Lead and manage the facility management operations within the Mumbai region - Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize facility performance and operational efficiency - Ensure compliance with local, state, and national regulations related to facility management - Oversee the budgeting, financial planning, and cost management for facility operations - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address facility-related issues and drive continuous improvement - Provide leadership and guidance to facility management teams, including hiring, training, and performance management - Identify and implement innovative technologies and best practices to enhance facility operations - Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and service providers - Ensure that facilities meet environmental, health, and safety standards - Prepare regular reports and presentations on facility performance and operational metrics for senior management

Technical Competencies

Strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements,Experience in managing the facility management operations ,Develop and implement strategic plans ,Oversee the budgeting, financial planning, and cost management for facility operations

Qualifications and Experience

- B.E. – Electrical / Mechanical or from Hospitality. - Master's degree in a relevant field (preferred) - Professional certification in Facility Management (e.g., CFM, FMP, SFP) - Additional certifications in leadership, project management, or related areas (preferred) - 20-25 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on facility management - Demonstrated track record of successful leadership and strategic management in facility operations - Proven experience in overseeing multiple facilities within a region - Strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements
