Key Responsibilities Operations And Project Management

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of projects, ensuring alignment with client and organizational goals.
• Develop and manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to achieve business objectives.
• Lead and mentor teams, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven work culture.
• Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and implement solutions to ensure seamless execution.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, stand-ups, and retrospective sessions for continuous improvement.
• Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and proactively address client concerns.
• Implement process enhancements to improve operational efficiency and project management methodologies.
  

Business Development:

• Identify and pursue business opportunities through market research and proactive client engagement.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet targets and expand business reach.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships by offering tailored solutions and continuous support.
• Provide insights into market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to optimize sales strategies.
• Collaborate with the Business Development Head to refine business approaches and maximize growth potential.
• Introduce and implement innovative sales techniques to enhance revenue and market presence.
  

Training and Development Coordination:

• Design and oversee training programs, ensuring alignment with industry standards and organizational goals.
• Support team skill development through project-based learning and performance feedback.
• Work closely with academic institutions and industry partners to develop scalable training initiatives.
  

Stakeholder Communication & Relationship Management:

• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, clients, and external partners.
• Provide transparent project status reports, addressing key challenges and milestones.
• Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders to ensure expectations are consistently met.
  

Requirements

• Masters degree in Business Administration, Sales, Operations, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, and project management, preferably within IT, education, or related industries.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and guiding diverse teams.
• Experience in managing SLAs and ensuring client satisfaction through structured service delivery.
• Ability to work in both structured and dynamic environments, adapting to evolving business needs.
