Senior E-Commerce Manager - Reboot Systems Senior E-Commerce Manager

Experience:

3-5 years (E-Commerce Industry)

Education:

MBA (preferably from a top-tier institute)

Role Summary

The

Senior E-Commerce Manager

will drive the strategy, execution, and growth of our e-commerce business. This role demands expertise in digital commerce, customer experience, and cross-functional collaboration to build a profitable and scalable online channel that complements our offline retail network.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the
end-to-end management of RebootStore.com
, including navigation, category management, product assortment, content, visual assets, and user experience.
Drive
business planning, promotional campaigns, online marketing, and customer service initiatives
to ensure sales growth and profitability.
Manage and optimize the
website funnel
(navigation, checkout, campaigns, conversion).
Partner with zonal and retail teams to ensure onlineoffline integration and alignment.
Leverage
web analytics
and performance dashboards to monitor KPIs, generate insights, and guide strategy.
Build and lead a high-performing
e-commerce team
(internal & external).
Implement industry
best practices
in digital commerce, social, mobile, and analytics.
Identify and execute
new business opportunities and innovations
in e-commerce.
Provide leadership in
strategic decision-making
, ensuring projects align with organizational goals.

Requirements

3-5 years of
relevant e-commerce experience
with proven results.
MBA (Marketing/Business) from a
top-tier institute
preferred.
Strong understanding of
e-commerce platforms
(Hybris or similar is a bonus).
Experience in managing
online sales, digital marketing, and customer experience
.
Excellent
analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making
abilities.
Leadership qualities
: self-starter, team player, strong communicator, and motivator.
Strong
presentation and interpersonal skills
with ability to collaborate across functions.
Willingness to
travel nationally and internationally
when required.
