Role Summary

We are looking for a

Senior E-Commerce Manager E-Commerce Executive

who will take

complete end-to-end ownership

of all online sales platforms and the company website. The role requires strong expertise in

marketplace management, SEO-driven growth, catalogue optimization, performance marketing, and e-commerce operations

.
The primary objective of this role is to

consistently increase sales and profitability

across all platforms while maintaining tight control over operations, returns, RTOs, disputes, and campaign budgets.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Ownership (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho)

  • End-to-end ownership of marketplace operations from listing to order closure.
  • Optimize existing catalogues to improve visibility, ranking, conversion, and sales.
  • Create and manage new product listings with accurate content, keywords, images, and attributes.
  • Monitor pricing, competition, buy box, and platform health metrics.
  • Ensure adherence to platform policies, SLAs, and performance standards.

Sales Growth & Business Optimization

  • Drive month-on-month sales growth across all marketplaces and website.
  • Identify opportunities for revenue improvement through catalogue enhancement, pricing strategy, and promotions.
  • Improve conversion rates through A+ content, SEO, image optimization, and customer trust factors.
  • Analyse platform data and take corrective actions proactively.

SEO & Catalogue Performance

  • Apply advanced

    SEO techniques

    for marketplaces and the company website.
  • Improve keyword indexing, organic ranking, and search visibility.
  • Continuously optimize titles, descriptions, backend keywords, and content.

Website Management (Own E-Commerce Website)

  • Manage end-to-end website operations including catalogue, pricing, inventory, and order flow.
  • Plan and execute strategies to improve website traffic, conversions, and repeat customers.
  • Oversee website order processing, dispatch coordination, and customer experience.

Operations, Dispatch & Fulfillment

  • Ensure smooth daily order processing across all platforms.
  • Coordinate with dispatch and warehouse teams for timely and accurate shipping.
  • Monitor shipment SLAs, delays, and escalations.
  • Ensure operational compliance and accuracy in invoicing and dispatch.

Returns, RTO, Claims & Dispute Management

  • Take complete ownership of returns, RTOs, refunds, and replacements.
  • Handle platform disputes, claims, penalties, and reimbursements.
  • Analyze RTO and return reasons and implement preventive measures.
  • Minimize losses due to operational and platform-related issues.

Campaign & Budget Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize online ad campaigns on marketplaces and website.
  • Manage monthly ad budgets with strict cost control.
  • Ensure campaigns do not exceed approved spending limits.
  • Focus on ROI-driven advertising rather than volume-based spending.

KPIs & Monthly Performance Metrics

The E-Commerce Manager E-Commerce Executive will be evaluated on

Sales & Revenue KPIs (Monthly)

  • Month-on-month sales growth across marketplaces and website.
  • Platform-wise revenue contribution and growth percentage.
  • Achievement of assigned monthly sales targets.

Catalogue & Conversion KPIs

  • Improvement in product ranking and keyword indexing.
  • Conversion rate improvement across key SKUs.
  • Reduction in suppressed or non-performing listings.
  • Increase in average order value (AOV).

Website Performance KPIs

  • Growth in website traffic (organic + paid).
  • Improvement in website conversion rate.
  • Increase in repeat customer percentage.
  • Reduction in cart abandonment rate.

Operations & Fulfillment KPIs

  • Order processing accuracy and on-time dispatch rate.
  • Reduction in delayed shipments and escalations.
  • Compliance with platform SLAs.

Returns, RTO & Loss Control KPIs

  • Reduction in RTO percentage.
  • Reduction in return rate and refund losses.
  • Successful resolution of disputes and claims.
  • Recovery of penalties and reimbursements.

Campaign & Budget KPIs

  • Ad spend vs revenue ratio (ACoS ROAS).
  • Monthly ad budget adherence without overspending.
  • Improvement in ROI from paid campaigns.

Performance Expectations (First 12 Months)

First 45 Days

  • Take complete control of all platforms and website operations.
  • Audit existing catalogues, SEO, pricing, ads, and operations.
  • Present a structured growth and optimization plan.

3 Months

  • Deliver visible improvement in sales, conversions, and rankings.
  • Reduce RTOs, returns, and operational losses.
  • Establish stable operational and reporting processes.

12 Months

  • Achieve consistent sales growth and profitability.
  • Build scalable systems for catalogue, ads, and operations.
  • Position the e-commerce function for long-term growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum

    4-6 years of hands-on experience

    in e-commerce management.
  • Strong expertise in

    Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho

    , and own website management.
  • Advanced knowledge of

    SEO, catalogue optimization, and marketplace algorithms

    .
  • Proven experience in campaign planning and budget control.
  • Strong operational understanding of order processing, dispatch, RTO, and claims.
  • Good working experience with Unicommerce platform

    , including order management, inventory sync, invoice generation, returns handling, and reconciliation.
  • Analytical mindset with strong decision-making skills.
