Job Description

We are a fast-growing multi-business platform working across both

consumer (B2C)

and

enterprise/partner-led (B2B)

services. As we build a stronger in-house marketing function, we are looking for someone who can scale growth through

performance marketing, targeted campaigns, and marketing automation

with clear ownership of outcomes.

Role Summary

We are hiring a

Senior Manager Digital Marketing

to drive

B2C acquisition + B2B lead generation

through

paid performance channels, cohort targeting, and lifecycle automation

. You will own digital growth end-to-end and build scalable systems.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Own

    performance marketing

    on

    Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, X

    , etc.
  2. Run

    targeted/cohort campaigns

    based on intent, geography, category, and behavior.
  3. Build and scale

    marketing automation journeys

    : onboarding, activation, retention, reactivation.
  4. Set up

    drip campaigns, trigger-based workflows, lead scoring, dynamic segmentation

    , and A/B tests.
  5. Drive

    B2B funnel

  6. Optimize landing pages, creatives, and funnels to improve

    CAC, CPL, ROAS, conversion %

    .
  7. Own dashboards, reporting, and experimentation roadmap.

Required Skills

  • Performance Marketing / Paid Campaigns
  • Target / Intent / Cohort Marketing
  • Marketing Automation & Lifecycle Marketing
  • Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads
  • Segmentation, Lead Scoring, Drip Campaigns, Retargeting
  • GA4, Search Console, Ads Manager, CRM tools
  • Strong KPI ownership: CAC, CPL, ROAS, MQL-SQL %, Activation, Retention

Good to Have

  • Experience handling both

    B2C and B2B funnels

  • WhatsApp / conversational marketing
  • AI tools to scale campaigns, creative, and reporting
  • Exposure to

    U.S. or international audiences

    in SaaS/B2B or B2C setups, with ability to adapt messaging when needed

  • Proven growth ownership in

    B2C and/or B2B digital funnels

  • Data-driven, fast execution, comfortable in lean teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment

10AM - 6:00PM (flexible) 5 days a week.
