Role Purpose

Role Accountability

• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance card delivery operations, embossing, and dispatch processes.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging experimentation and learning.
• Oversee the entire card delivery process, ensuring timely and secure delivery of credit cards to customers.
• Manage embossing, encoding, and dispatch operations, ensuring high-quality output and minimal errors.
• Implement process improvements, leveraging technology and data analytics to drive efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and organizational policies.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with card delivery operations, embossing, and dispatch.
• Develop and implement controls to prevent fraud and ensure the security of customer data.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, including customer service, sales, and marketing teams.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including card manufacturers, logistics providers, and suppliers.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on operational performance and initiatives.
  

Measures of Success

• TAT adherence for embossing and dispatches
• Cost adherence basis the approved MOU
• Automation and enhancement as per annual planning & MOU.
• Adherence to timelines and budget in new technology deployment
• No. of complaints related to card resolution done
• No. of adverse observations in internal/external audits
• Adherence to BCP drill schedule
  

Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications

• Understanding of CEMS - embossing systems
• Understanding of card personalization technology and vendors
