Role Overview

Senior Managers – Operations

You will be responsible for:

• Leading regional operations, ensuring excellence in delivery, sales, and customer experience.
• Building, mentoring, and scaling high-performance teams across centers.
• Driving business growth through aggressive business development and partnerships.
• Launching new branches and expanding DataMites into new geographies.
• Translating organizational strategy into measurable KPIs and ensuring consistent execution.
• Overseeing P&L, revenue targets, and operational efficiency for your business vertical.

Ideal Candidate

• 10+ years of leadership experience in

  Operations / Business Management / Center Management

  (preferably EdTech, Training, or Service industries).
• Proven track record of

  driving business growth

  and

  team expansion

  across regions.
• Strong grasp of

  sales strategy, revenue generation, and customer success

  .
• Entrepreneurial mindset – comfortable taking ownership and accountability for outcomes.
• Excellent people management, communication, and execution skills.
• Experience in scaling startups or fast-growing business units will be a strong plus.
