Job Purpose:

Role and Responsibility:

• Manage the day to-day operations with a team of agents and team leaders to meet the defined targets, quality and productivity levels!
• Drive Sales, create engaged customers / merchants and facilitate organic growth.
• Set a clear target and deploy strategies focused on that mission.
• Ensure that the Call Centre KPIs are met.
• Handle and resolve complaints relating to the Call Centre in a professional and effective manner.
• Collate, analyze and utilize call statistics to manage and improve the sales performance of the Call Centre team.
• Monitor calls and provide regular coaching and mentoring to agents and track low performers in team.
• Compile and present accurate data for management reporting
• Recruit, train and develop executives and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement.
• To performance manage all team members and offer feedback.
• To foster good relationships with all internal departments and cross-functional teams

Skills and Experience

Essential:

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in relevant space
• Hands on experience with merchant acquiring, engagement & payment solutions.

Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sales/customer service focus
• Go-Getter approach focused and Result-orientation.
• Good understanding of merchant facing role & payment solution ecosystem
• Tele sales experience with proven track record of increasing sales and revenue
• Exposure to the start up environment is an added advantage.
• Problem solving abilities with strong bias for impact
• Strong ethics and discretion while dealing with customers
• Drive for result, able to demonstrate/quantify success relative established targets and
