Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee daily air cargo operations, including flight planning, coordination, and execution.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cargo services with other business units.
Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Lead and mentor a team of professionals to achieve operational excellence.

Job Requirements

Minimum 12 years of experience in airline operations or a related field.
Proven track record of success in managing complex projects and leading high-performing teams.
Strong knowledge of air cargo regulations, procedures, and technologies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
