Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee daily operations of the airline cargo department.
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of cargo shipments.
Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve operational excellence.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing airline cargo operations or a related field.
Strong knowledge of air cargo regulations and procedures.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Experience with process improvement initiatives and cost reduction strategies.
