Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional to lead our Airline Cargo Operations team, with 4-8 years of experience in the IT Service & Consulting industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing airline cargo operations and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee daily air cargo operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery.
Coordinate with airlines, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Supervise and guide a team of professionals to achieve operational excellence.
Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Job Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in air cargo operations or a related field.
Strong knowledge of the IT Service & Consulting industry.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Experience with process improvement initiatives and cost optimization strategies.
