Senior Manager - Administration

Key Responsibilities of Role

- Develop and implement effective administrative strategies, policies, and procedures to support the overall operational efficiency of the Copper Manufacturing Complex - Oversee and manage the administrative functions including facility management, day-to-day administration tasks, canteen management, transport, and general administration and compliance management - Oversee site administration and supervision to ensure smooth operations. - Lead and mentor the administrative team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and adherence to best practices - Collaborate with other department heads to streamline cross-functional processes and drive seamless operations - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, and environmental protocols - Optimize resource utilization and manage budgets for administrative activities - Maintain accurate records and reports on facilities, maintenance schedules, and inventory levels. - Act as a liaison with external stakeholders including government authorities, vendors, and community representatives - Contribute to the development

Technical Competencies

Experience in budgeting, cost control, and expense management,Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and governance frameworks,Proficiency in facility management software and administrative tools,Understanding of industrial safety regulations and environmental compliance

Qualifications and Experience

- Total experience: - More than 14- 20yrs of experience - Educational Qualification: - Bachelor’s degree, PG/MBA preferable
