Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Manager in Digital Commerce Execution at Accenture, your role involves shaping execution excellence, scaling operations across D2C channels, marketplaces, and omni-commerce models, and driving measurable growth for clients. You will partner with senior stakeholders, manage large cross-functional and cross-geography teams, and act as a trusted advisor in building future-ready digital commerce ecosystems. Key Responsibilities: - Lead digital commerce execution programs across D2C, marketplaces, and retail partner ecosystems, ensuring operational excellence and business outcomes. - Own and deliver against commerce KPIs including revenue growth, category share, conversion, traffic, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. - Define and drive execution playbooks, 4P strategy implementation, content operations, campaign management, and promotional governance. - Build and maintain senior client relationships, advising on commerce execution strategy, digital shelf optimization, and marketplace expansion. - Oversee large cross-functional teams (Accenture + client + partner ecosystem) to ensure alignment, execution rigor, and delivery quality. - Partner with strategy and technology leaders to enable commerce capability build-out (analytics, automation, AI-driven insights). - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to scale operations, improve efficiency, and enhance end-user experience. - Contribute to business development through proposal creation, solutioning, and thought leadership in digital commerce execution. Qualifications Required: - MBA preferably in Sales & Marketing - Minimum 12-14 years of total experience with minimum 10 years of digital commerce functional experience in areas of E-commerce- Strategy, GTM; Product; Commerce Operations; Growth & P&L Management; Performance Marketing (E-com & DTC), Digital Marketing & Transformation; Content Marketing; Social Commerce & Growth Hacking etc. (Note: Any additional details of the company were not present in the provided job description.),
