Senior Manager

Role Overview: As a Senior Manager at PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you will work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: - Providing expert valuation reports for various purposes such as mergers and acquisitions (M&A), financial reporting, taxation, corporate planning, and corporate governance. - Delivering in-depth understanding of the value of each entity or asset involved in transactions, along with relevant technical and industry knowledge. - Assisting engagement teams in advising boards, management, and special committees to make informed decisions. - Establishing credibility with stakeholders by demonstrating subject matter expertise. - Contributing to pursuit teams and proposal development with innovative approaches tailored to client requirements. - Managing Valuations teams, coaching and supporting team development, and sharing technical knowledge. - Assisting in various internal initiatives such as digitization and industry specialization, as well as business development. - Providing support to team members in valuation technical skills and industry knowledge. Qualification Required: To be successful in this role, you should have: - An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, and openness to learning new tools. - A completed undergraduate degree with outstanding academic credentials. - A CA/MBA/CFA qualification or an equivalent accounting or financial designation with 10-14 years of relevant experience. - Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with territory teams. - Proven ability to manage project workflows and deliver on time. - Proactive approach, taking ownership of tasks, and accepting responsibility for outcomes. - Experience in preparing and coordinating complex written and verbal materials. - Experience as a team leader, supervising diverse teams, encouraging improvement and innovation, and providing timely feedback. - Knowledge of financial modeling.
