Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand strategic and operational challenges
• Conduct detailed analyses of business processes, financial performance, and market data
• Support the development of strategic recommendations and implementation roadmaps
• Create high-quality client deliverables including presentations, reports, and models
• Participate in client workshops, interviews, and stakeholder discussions
• Track project deliverables, milestones, and risks to ensure timely execution
• Contribute to internal knowledge development and capability building

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or Master’s preferred)
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a client-facing business role
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in client interactions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, team-based environments

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to strategic planning, operating model design, or business transformation projects
• Familiarity with project management or change management approaches
• Experience in sectors such as technology, healthcare, financial services, or the public sector (a plus)
